The Music Express have been performing together for over 4 years, and have developed quite a following in both Northern Nevada and Northern CA.    Kirk Poole, is the musical director and lead singer/guitarist and has been performing since the 70's, working as a studio musician at A & M Records, backing up artists like The Carpenters, Tower of Power, Santana, and many more.  A totally unique feature of this band is that two wonderful females share the job of vocals.  Beverly Wood is a veteran of the NO Nevada music scene and   Jennifer Huckabay Ramos, vocalist has been performing in the local area for many years.   Their harmonies have been honed with years of performing.  Michael Brown the drummer, has been performing locally for over 10 years, and came to this area from the Central Coast where he performed with many bands.

The music they perform is classic rock, classic soul, blues and modern country.  Their music is geared to get people on the dance floor and spend the event dancing to their beats.  Many times when they perform, you can see the audience singing along with their songs, because the songs are so familiar.
